2. Scope and acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply only to the public corporate, portfolio, event, and contact pages at muzdolabi.com. A signed service agreement, event rules, product terms, or a collection-specific privacy notice takes priority for the subject it governs.

3. Informational nature; no contract

The site presents general information about MUZDOLABI, selected work, capabilities, and events. Content is not a binding offer, professional advice, promise of availability, or guarantee of results.

Submitting an inquiry, receiving a reply, discussing a project, or viewing a portfolio item does not create a client contract, accept a quotation, establish an employment or agency relationship, reserve a place, or grant admission to an event. A binding relationship arises only through the separate process and documents expressly applicable to it.

4. Permitted use and restrictions

You may view the site and use its contact channels for lawful, genuine personal or business purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with the site’s security, integrity, availability, authentication, rate limits, or technical operation;
  • probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, server, accounts, or data;
  • use bots, scraping, crawling, or other automation in a manner that is abusive, deceptive, excessive, or burdens the service;
  • submit malware, unlawful material, misleading identity information, unsolicited promotions, or content that infringes another person’s rights;
  • copy, republish, distribute, sell, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit substantial site content except with prior written permission or as permitted by mandatory law; or
  • use MUZDOLABI’s name, identity, content, or contact channels to impersonate, misrepresent endorsement, or facilitate unlawful or harmful activity.

MUZDOLABI may restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, and report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, third parties, or legal rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, text, original graphics, code, arrangement, MUZDOLABI name, and MUZDOLABI branding are owned by or licensed to MUZDOLABI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the site grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view it for its intended purpose.

Client names, product names, partner logos, event materials, photographs, and other third-party marks or content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a portfolio or event record does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement beyond the context shown.

6. External links and separate services

The site may link to portfolio websites, Google Forms, social platforms, app stores, or separate MUZDOLABI products. These destinations are controlled under their own terms, notices, availability, and security practices. MUZDOLABI is not responsible for third-party content or practices merely because a link is provided.

Review the terms and privacy notice presented by the destination before submitting information or using it. A link is provided for context or convenience and is not a warranty, incorporation of external terms, or blanket endorsement.

7. Event information

Published event dates, venues, programs, speakers, partners, capacity, registration status, and admission arrangements may change. Registration through a linked form does not guarantee admission unless the applicable event communication expressly confirms it.

Event-specific eligibility, attendance, conduct, cancellation, photography, and privacy rules may be issued separately and will govern that event. Nothing on this corporate site waives mandatory attendee or consumer rights.

8. Accuracy, availability, and warranties

MUZDOLABI aims to keep the site useful and accurate but does not promise that every item is complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Portfolio descriptions may be summaries, and external projects may change after publication.

MUZDOLABI may correct, update, suspend, or withdraw site content or functionality without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MUZDOLABI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on this informational site, inability to access it, or use of an external link.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by fault where applicable, or mandatory statutory consumer remedies. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory rules that apply to you.

Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and other non-waivable jurisdiction rules, Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site. Consumers may also use the competent consumer arbitral committee, consumer court, or other forum provided by mandatory law.

11. Updates and severability

MUZDOLABI may update these terms to reflect changes in the site, business, or law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively alter a separately signed agreement.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.

12. Language and contact

These terms are published in Turkish and English for accessibility. If the versions conflict or differ in interpretation, the Turkish text controls, subject to mandatory law.

Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@muzdolabi.com or to the operator’s registered address above.
